Religious School Parents

To paraphrase Pirke Avot: Upon three things the success and strength of our Religious School rests: Al ha’morim (teachers), v’al ha’studentim (students); v’al ha’horim (parents). We look to the parents to be our partners in empowering our children to succeed. We invite your participation in our family programs and services and look forward to your support in all of our endeavors throughout the year. Click here for the Parent Handbook.

Class Parents

The old-fashioned concept of “class parents” finds new meaning at Temple Beth El. We consider all of our parents to be “class parents,” and look to everyone to help us with specific projects across the school year. In the past, parents have proven to be tireless, generous and enthusiastic in their support and have always risen to the occasion when specific needs are expressed. We look forward to continuing this relationship with our parents.

Religious School Committee

The RS Committee is made up of motivated parents of children in the school. The committee meets regularly throughout the school year to discuss “big picture” matters as well as important policy and administrative issues. The committee advises our educator on the direction of the school and provides support for religious school events such as the Purim Carnival and our end-of-year program. Anyone interested in finding out more or wishing to join the committee should contact Peter Anguilla or Nina Zubloff, the RS Committee Chairperson.
