How to Join Temple Beth-El

At Temple Beth El we use “welcoming” as an adjective as well as a verb! We are a welcoming community, and would be delighted to meet you and tell you more about our synagogue and Reform Jewish life here in the Northern Valley. The membership committee and temple office is committed to making each and every member and potential member feel a part of our warm community.

Our temple office can arrange for you to meet with the Rabbi, Cantor, or Religious School Educator, and tour all of our beautiful facilities. A great way to get to know us is to join us for worship at a Friday night Shabbat Service. Our doors are always open and you’ll always be wished a “Shabbat Shalom” by our friendly greeters.  Please check our service calendar to see the times and variety of services we offer.  Plus, if you contact the office beforehand, we will be sure to have someone from the Membership Committee join you during worship and share a nosh with you at the Oneg Shabbat.

New members are matched with an active temple family – your Temple Ambassador – to comfortably guide you through your first year of membership.

Please explore our website and join us at any of our upcoming events.  For more information about membership and all it has to offer, please contact our Membership Committee Chairperson, Ellen Lutvak at membership@tbenv.org.
